    Product Description

EM-12-FS is a degrader of protein N-terminal glutamine amidohydrolase (NTAQ1), an enzyme involved in N-end protein degradation, and a derivative of (±)-thalidomide (Item No. 14610).1 It binds to cereblon (CRBN; IC50 = 256 nM) and covalently labels the histidine in position 353 (His353). EM-12-FS (1 and 5 µM) reduces the levels of NTAQ1 in MOLT-4 cells in a NEDDylation-dependent manner.
