    PF-02545920 is an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A; IC50 = 29 nM).1 It inhibits PCP-induced hyperactivity in mice when administered at doses of 30 or 100 mg/kg. PF-02545920 (0.1 or 0.3 mg/kg) reverses PCP-induced deficits in the novel object recognition test in neonatal mice.
