    Product Description

    PVP-037 is a toll-like receptor 7/8 (TLR7/8) agonist adjuvant.1 It induces the production of cytokines and chemokines, including TNF, IFN-γ, IL-1ß, and IL-6, in primary human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) when used at concentrations greater than or equal to 1 µM. PVP-037, as an adjuvant to recombinant hemagglutinin protein (rHA), increases anti-rHA IgG titers in mice.
