    Product Description

TGN 073 is a facilitator of aquaporin-4 (AQP4), an astroglial water channel.1,2 It increases glymphatic transport and parenchymal penetration of a gadolinium-based tracer in rats when administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 200 mg/kg.1 TGN 073 (200 mg/kg, i.p.) increases AQP4 polarization and reduces brain retention of exogenous amyloid-ß (1-40) (Aß40) in mice fed a high-fat diet.2
