    GSK467 is an inhibitor of jumonji AT-rich interactive domain 1B (JARID1B; IC50 = 0.02-0.1 µM), also known as lysine demethylase 5B (KDM5B).1 It is selective for JARID1B over KMD2, -3, -4, and -5 (IC50s = 1-10 µM).
