    Product Description

    RP 6685 is an inhibitor of DNA polymerase θ (IC50 = 0.55 nM).1 It is selective for DNA polymerase θ over DNA polymerase α, -ε, -γ, and -ν (IC50s = >100 µM for all). RP 6685 inhibits double-strand break repair in adeno-associated virus 1 (AAVS1) loci in HCT116 cells (IC50 = 0.5 µM) and the proliferation of HCT116 BRCA2-/- cells (IC50 = 0.32 µM). In vivo, RP 6685 (80 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an HCT116 BRCA2-/- mouse xenograft model.
