    Tripeptide-10 citrulline is a peptide inhibitor of collagen deformation.1 It decreases collagen fibril diameter and fibrillogenesis in a synthetic human skin model when topically applied at a concentration of 0.01% (w/v). Formulations containing tripeptide-10 citrulline have been used in cosmetics.
