    Product Description

    ZB716 is a degrader of estrogen receptor α (ERα; IC50 = 4.1 nM).1 It inhibits estradiol-induced ERα transcriptional activity in a reporter assay using T47D cells when used at concentrations of 1 or 10 nM. ZB716 decreases the proliferation of MCF-7 and T47D breast cancer cells and tamoxifen-resistant MCF-7 and T47D cells (IC50s = 0.0032, 0.0062, 0.069, and 0.037 nM, respectively).
