    Product Description

    FGIN-1-43 is a ligand for translocator protein, also known as peripheral-type benzodiazepine receptor and translocator protein (18 kDa) (TSPO).1 It binds to translocator protein in a cell-free assay (Ki = 3.6 nM) and enhances pregnenolone synthesis in C6 rat glioma cells (EC50 = 10 nM).
