    ECSI#6 is an inhibitor of the serotonin transporter (SERT), dopamine transporter (DAT), and norepinephrine transporter (NET).1 It inhibits serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine uptake in HEK293 cells expressing human SERT, DAT, and NET (IC50s = 8, 48.2, and 17 µM, respectively).
