    Product Description

    RAD51-IN-17 is an inhibitor of RAD51 recombinase.1 It inhibits DNA damage-induced RAD51 foci formation in MDA-MB-231 triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells when used at a concentration of 10 µM. RAD51-IN-17 (10 µM) enhances irradiation-induced reductions in the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells.
