    Product Description

    Glutaminase-IN-3 is an inhibitor of the glutaminase 1 (GLS1) isozyme glutaminase C (GAC; IC50 = 0.24 µM).1 It inhibits the proliferation of PC3 and LNCaP prostate cancer cells (IC50s = 6.14 and 2.13 µM, respectively) and non-cancerous CCD-1072Sk fibroblasts (IC50 = 15.39 µM).2
