    Product Description

    FAM azide 6-isomer is a clickable form of 6-carboxyfluorescein (6-FAM; Item No. 21233).1 It has been used to label 5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine (EdU; Item No. 20518) for use in cell viability, proliferation, and cell cycle progression assays in cancer cells. A related derivative, 6-FAM, displays excitation/emission maxima of 492/518 nm, respectively.2
