    Product Description

BML-260 is an inhibitor of dual-specificity phosphatase 22 (DUSP22).1 In vivo, BML-260 (1 mg/kg) increases expression of Ucp1, the gene encoding the thermogenic protein uncoupling protein 1 (Ucp1), in white adipocytes and induces thermogenesis in mice.1 Xenotransplantation of BML-260-expanded hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) increases immune cell content in immunocompromised mice.2
