Explore how neutrophils shape the immune response in health and disease. This poster highlights neutrophil pathogen defense mechanisms, including phagocytosis, degranulation, and NETosis, as well as neutrophil roles in inflammation and NET-associated pathologies.
DOWNLOAD NOWIMB-808 is an agonist of liver X receptor α (LXRα) and LXRβ.1 It induces transactivation of LXRα and LXRβ in reporter assays using HEK293T cells (EC50s = 0.15 and 0.53 µM, respectively). IMB-808 (1 and 10 µM) increases protein levels of ATP-binding cassette transporter 1, subfamily G (ABCG1) and ATP-binding cassette transporter 1, subfamily A (ABCA1) in RAW 264.7 and THP-1 cells. It induces cholesterol efflux and reduces oxidized LDL-induced lipid accumulation in RAW 264.7 cells when used at concentrations of 1 or 10 µM.
