    Product Description

    Crocin II is a carotenoid glycoside that has been found in G. jasminoides and has antioxidant and proliferation-enhancing activities.1,2 It scavenges peroxyl radicals in an oxygen radical scavenging capacity (ORAC) assay when used at concentrations of 10 and 20 µM.1 Crocin II (5, 25, and 50 µg/ml) increases the proliferation rate of primary human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs).2 It also reduces senescence in primary hMSCs when used at a concentration of 25 µg/ml.
