    Product Description

    Narlaprevir is an inhibitor of hepatitis C virus (HCV) non-structural protein 3 (NS3; Ki = 6 nM).1 It also inhibits severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) main protease (Mpro), also known as 3C-like protease (3CLpro; IC50 = 16.11 µM).2 Narlaprevir inhibits HCV replication in a cell-based replicon assay (EC90 = 40 nM) and SARS-CoV-2 replication in Vero cells (EC50 = 7.43 µM).1,2
