    Product Description

    Z-IETD-FMK is a peptide inhibitor of caspase-8.1 It inhibits TNF-α-induced apoptosis in isolated human neutrophils when used at a concentration of 3 or 10 µM. Z-IETD-FMK (100 µM) decreases human rhinovirus (HRV) replication and HRV-induced apoptosis in HeLa cervical cancer cells.2 Intrathecal administration of Z-IETD-FMK (0.5 µg/animal) reduces tumor growth and increases tumor macrophage and T cell infiltration in a mouse model of lung cancer induced by N-methyl-N-nitrosourea (NMU).3
