    GLUT inhibitor-1 is an inhibitor of glucose transporter 1 (Glut1) and Glut3 (IC50s = 0.242 and 0.179 µM, respectively).1 It is selective for Glut1 and Glut3 over a panel of 31 receptors, ion channels, and transporters at 10 µM.
