    Product Description

    FO-32 is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa = 6.36) that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA in vivo.1 Intranasal administration of LNPs containing FO-32 and encapsulating reporter mRNA accumulate in nasal epithelial tissue and lungs in mice. Nebulized administration of FO-32-containing LNPs encapsulating Cre mRNA induce the expression of tdTomato in the lungs of ferrets engineered to express tdTomato upon Cre-mediated recombination.
