    Product Description

    ZINC40099027 is an activator of focal adhesion kinase (FAK).1 It induces FAK autophosphorylation in Caco-2 colon adenocarcinoma cells when used at a concentration of 10 nM. ZINC40099027 (10 nM) increases migration in a wound healing assay using Caco-2 cells. It increases wound closure and decreases ulcer area in a mouse model of acid-induced intestinal ulceration.
