    Product Description

    SSE15206 is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization.1 It inhibits microtubule polymerization in A549 cells when used at concentrations of 1.25 and 2.5 µM. SSE15206 (0.5 µM) induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase in HCT116 cells. It inhibits the growth of a panel of nine breast, lung, colorectal, cervical, and ovarian cancer cells (GI50s = 0.145-1.269 µM) and MOLM-13, MV4-11, and K562 leukemia cells (GI50s = 0.264, 0.632, and 0.776 µM, respectively).
