NOTA-bis(tBu ester) is a derivative of the macrocyclic chelator NOTA.1 It has been used in the synthesis of albumin-dimerizing conjugates that prevent peptide proteolysis in vivo and HER2-specific compounds and bombesin receptor 2-specific peptides chelated to radioactive metals for tumor imaging in vivo.1,2,3
