    C24:1 Ganglioside GM2 is an endogenous monosialylated ganglioside.1 It is a self-lipid that binds to CD1d in HEK293T cells.2 C24:1 Ganglioside GM2 has been found as a minor ganglioside GM2 species in human brain from a patient with variant B Tay-Sachs disease.1 As this product is derived from a natural source, there may be variations in the sphingoid backbone.
