    Product Description

    7-(4-Bromobenzoyl)-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one is a metabolite of bromfenac (Item No. 23763).1 It is formed from bromfenac via an unstable bromfenac glucuronide intermediate. 7-(4-Bromobenzoyl)-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one is also a degradation product of bromfenac formed by acid or water hydrolysis, oxidation, and photo or thermal degradation.2
