    Product Description

CDU is an inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH; IC50s = 9.8 and 85.2 nM for the mouse and human enzymes, respectively).1 It inhibits the proliferation of, and decreases the levels of cyclin D1 in, primary human vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) when used at a concentration of 10 µM.2 CDU (10 µM) induces relaxation in isolated rat precontracted mesenteric resistance vessels.3 It decreases tail cuff blood pressure and urinary excretion of 14(15)-dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acid in a rat model of angiotensin II infusion-induced hypertension.4
