    Product Description

SW106065 is an anticancer agent.1 It decreases the proliferation of S462 and SNF96.2 neurofibroma cells (EC50s = 439 and 753.6 nM). SW106065 (2.5 µM) induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at the G1/G0 and G2/M phases in primary patient-derived malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) cells. In vivo, SW106065 (40 mg/kg twice per day) decreases tumor volume in a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) mouse model of MPNSTs. It also reduces influenza A H1N1 and H3N2 strain replication in MDCK cells (EC50s = 0.17 and 0.085 µM, respectively) with a 50% cytotoxicity concentration (CC50) value of 36 µM.2
