    Product Description

    Miriplatin is a lipophilic derivative of cisplatin (Item No. 13119) containing myristic acid (Item No. 13351).1 It decreases growth but increases serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine transaminase (ALT) in an AH109A-TC rat orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma model when administered intra-arterially. Formulations containing miriplatin have been used in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
