    Product Description

    INCB 059872 is an inhibitor of lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1; IC50 = 18 nM).1 It decreases proliferation in THP-1 acute monocytic and MV4-11 acute myeloid leukemia cells and increases the levels of CD11B in THP-1 cells when used at a concentration of 100 nM.
