    Product Description

SDZ-WAG 994 is an adenosine A1 receptor agonist.1 It selectively binds to adenosine A1 receptors over adenosine A2 receptors (Kds = 19.95 and 25,109 nM, respectively) and induces adenylate cyclase activity in rat adipocyte membranes (EC50 = 398 nM). In vivo, SDZ-WAG 994 (0.14-1.4 µmol/kg) induces hypotension and bradycardia in spontaneously hypertensive rats.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
