    Product Description

    Lorundrostat is an inhibitor of aldosterone synthase, also known as cytochrome P450 (CYP) 11B2 (CYP11B2; IC50 = 1.27 nM).1 It is selective for aldosterone synthase over CYP11B1 (IC50 = 475 nM).
