    Product Description

    MNITMT is an immunosuppressant.1 It inhibits cell proliferation in the human mixed lymphocyte reaction (EC50 = 2.7 µM). MNITMT (45 mg/kg per day) increases allograft survival in a mouse skin transplantation model. It also inhibits the human IgG-induced antibody response in rabbits when administered at a dose of 2 mg/kg per day.2
