    Product Description

    VY-3-135 is an inhibitor of acetyl-CoA synthetase 2 (ACCS2; IC50 = 44 nM).1 It decreases levels of palmitic acid (Item No. 10006627) labeled by 13C2-acetate in SK-BR-3 breast cancer cells when used at a concentration of 1 µM. VY-3-135 (100 mg/kg) decreases tumor volume in a BT474 breast cancer mouse xenograft model.
