    Duocarmycin TM is a DNA alkylating agent.1 It is cytotoxic to L1210 murine skin lymphocytic leukemia cells (IC50 = 30 pM). Duocarmycin TM is also active against P. falciparum (IC50 = 2-8 pM).2
