    yne-ACR is a probe for simulating lipid-derived electrophiles (LDEs) that contains a clickable tag and an electrophilic acrolein warhead.1 It has been used to modify interfacial and non-adsorbed proteins in a model of interface-dominated systems (IDSs) to study protein behavior during and after LDE-mediated modification.
