    TMX-4116 is a casein kinase 1α (CK1α) degrader.1 It selectively induces E3 ubiquitin ligase-mediated degradation of CK1α over phosphodiesterase 6D (PDE6D), Ikaros family zinc finger protein 1 (IKZF1), and IKZF3 in MM.1S cells when used at concentrations ranging from 0.04 to 1 µM.
