    Product Description

    WRN inhibitor 8 is an inhibitor of the DNA helicase Werner syndrome protein (WRN; IC50 = 48.3 nM).1 It inhibits the growth of HCT116 and SW480 colorectal cancer cells (GI50s = 0.01699 and 13.64 µM, respectively).
