    Product Description

    Acotiamide is an inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE; IC50 = 0.384 µM). It potentiates ACh-induced contraction of isolated guinea pig gastric and antrum strips when used at a concentration of 3 µM.1 Formulations containing acotiamide have been used in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
