    Product Description

    TH301 is a stabilizer of cryptochrome circadian regulator 2 (CRY2).1 It selectively stabilizes CRY2 over CRY1 in a degradation assay using HEK293 cells expressing CRY reporters at 0.1 to 10 µM. TH301 lengthens the circadian period in wild-type but not Cry2-/- mouse fibroblasts. It enhances rosiglitazone-dependent upregulation of the brown adipose tissue-specific genes Ucp1, Cidea, and Kcnk3 in primary mouse stromal vascular fractions.
