    Polyamines Supplement Mix (1,000X) is a cell culture media supplement and a mixture of essential polyamine cations known to support cell growth. It is used as a component of the CEPT small molecule cocktail to enhance the viability of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs).1,2 Polyamines Supplement Mix (1,000X) is provided as a 1,000X concentrated stock solution in water and may be added directly to cell culture media. This product is also available as part of Cayman's Stem Cell Survival Reagent Kit (Item No. 502884).
