    Product Description

    Tribendimidine is an anthelmintic.1 It induces mortality in newly excysted O. felineus metacercariae and adult flukes (IC50s = 0.23 and 0.19 µM, respectively). In vivo, tribendimidine (400 mg/kg) reduces worm burden in O. felineus-infected hamsters. Formulations containing tribendimidine have been used in the treatment of soil-transmitted helminth infections.
