    Product Description

    ON-013100 is a cell cycle inhibitor.1 It induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase in Granta 519 mantle cell lymphoma cells when used at a concentration of 1 µM. ON-013100 decreases levels of murine double minute 2 (MDM2), cyclin D1, and cyclin dependent kinase 4 (Cdk4) and increases levels of cyclin B1 in Granta 519 cells. It induces apoptosis in Granta 519 cells when used at a concentration of 0.01 µM. ON-13100 (1 or 10 µM), in combination with doxorubicin (Item No. 15007) or vincristine (Item No. 11764), induces cytotoxicity in Granta 519 and Z-138C mantle cell lymphoma cells.
