    Product Description

    4A3-SC7 is an ionizable cationic lipid that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA and single-guide RNA (sgRNA) in vitro and in vivo.1 LNPs containing 4A3-SC7 accumulate in the liver in mice, while LNPs containing 4A3-SC7 and lipid 1A7B13 (Item No. 45654) selectively accumulate in the lungs.1,2 LNPs containing 4A3-SC7 have been used to induce gene editing in a mouse model of alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.1
