    BI-0115 is an inhibitor of oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor 1 (Ox-LDL receptor 1).1 It inhibits oxidized LDL uptake in CHO cells expressing human Ox-LDL receptor 1 (IC50 = 5.4 µM).
