    Product Description

    JZP 361 is an inhibitor of monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL; IC50 = 46 nM).1 It is selective for MAGL over fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) and α/β-hydrolase domain-containing protein 6 (ABHD6; IC50s = 7,240 and 1,790 nM, respectively). JZP 361 also antagonizes histamine activity in isolated guinea pig ileum (pA2 = 6.81).
