    Product Description

    IFN-α receptor recognition peptide 1 (IRRP1) is a peptide that corresponds to amino acids 52-58 of full-length IFN-α and is a positive modulator of IFN-α/β receptor 1 (IFNAR).1 It increases the binding capacity of Daudi cells for IFN-α2. IRRP1 (1 µg/ml) enhances the antiproliferative effect of IFN-α in T98G glial cells and enhances the antiviral effect of IFN-α in encephalomyocarditis virus-infected T98G cells.
