    Product Description

    OncoFAP is a fibroblast activation protein (FAP) ligand.1 It binds to human FAP (Kd = 0.68 nM) and contains a carboxylic acid moiety that can be functionalized with various payloads for FAP-targeted delivery. OncoFAP has been conjugated to a variety of fluorophores and radioligands, which selectively accumulate in FAP-positive tumors in mice.
