    MRT2359 is a molecular glue degrader of G1 to S phase transition protein 1 homolog (GSPT1).1 It promotes the interaction between the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon and GSPT1, inducing the degradation of GSPT1 and termination of protein synthesis.
