    Product Description

    Meticrane is a diuretic.1 It decreases the viability of Jurkat and K562 leukemia and SK-HEP-1 liver cancer cells when used at a concentration of 1 mM.2 Meticrane (0.125 mM) enhances cell death induced by 5-azacytidine (Item No. 11164) or CUDC-101 (Item No. 16426) in the same cells. Formulations containing meticrane have been used in the treatment of hypertension.
