    Product Description

TMX-4100 is a molecular glue degrader of phosphodiesterase 6D (PDE6D).1 It promotes the interaction between the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon and PDE6D, inducing the degradation of PDE6D in MOLT-4 T cell lymphoblasts, Jurkat leukemia cells, and MM.1S multiple myeloma cells with half-maximal degradation concentration (DC50) values of <200 nM for all.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
